Q & A

Question: What kind of water pressure can I expect at my meter?
Answer: NPMWC uses gravity feed from its two storage tanks to your meter and the pressure depends on whether your meter is on the lower system or upper system and the elevation drop from the tank to your meter.  In general Acorn Patch and the north end of Starlight Way can see pressure between 100 and 200 PSI and will require pressure reducers on the customer side to reduce the pressure.  Users on Grandview and south end of Starlight Way will see lower pressures.

Question: What happened to the assessment?
Answer: In May 2012 it was determined by the board that there was enough money available in the NPMWC contingency fund that it was not necessary to continue the assessment.
